Bad company. I had a defective product and tried to work through it. But it wouldn't work. They agreed to refund and never refunded. Lost money. Needed a laptop and went with minisforum

Sorry I meant I needed a new computer. It didn't have to be a laptop. I ended up with a renewed NAB7 on Amazon. It doesn't look like they make that model anymore. But i think it was a good deal with 32gb and 1tb last year for $320.

Most of these randomly named Chinese boxes are terrible. They cost nearly the same as used enterprise mini PCs. Beelink and Minisforum are the only decent ones.
