In for 1 thanks. Not many reviews out there yet, but it seems pretty good for the price.

I own one. Great quality for the price. Punchy and accurate colors. Includes Hdmi and DisplayPort cables too. No integrated speakers.

Same price at The Zon [amazon.com], for those who prefer.

Edit: sold out at Amazon. Only available "Used, Like New" for more money.

Man, I picked up two of the 75hz Dell monitors a little over a year ago for ~$135/ea, this is a way better buy. Also a way better buy than the outgoing Alienware model that this replaced. Great for productivity and gaming.

Wow this is a good deal, do you think this is good for content creation as well?

Also this doesn't have display port 2.1, is that necessary to have?

Any opinions vs https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/fp/1119400

Bigger screen with similar specs for the same price, just no g sync but I have AMD.

Can anyone weigh in? Thanks

I don't the exact curve model but I upgrade from 27" to 32" for a couple of years and my neck hurts more than when I was using the 27". I have always set up my work space very ergonomically and I found that my vision doesn't make good use of the top part of the monitor most of the time having the monitor about 1.5' to 2' from my eyes. So I end up have to look up instead of keep my eyes level or raise my head (which cause my neck to tilt backward).

If you can sit about 2.5' away and still see the monitor then 32" may be a good set up but you will probably need 4' deep table or swing arm from the wall.

Don't buy this one guys, it's pretty bad even if the price is low. Look at the local dimming test and see for yourselves.
https://www.rtings.com/monitor/re...#test_1381
"The edge-lit local dimming feature is terrible, and it's always on in HDR, as you can't deactivate it. While most content requires all 16 dimming zones to turn on, dark scenes with small, bright highlights result in a ton of blooming as only certain zones turn on. It's especially noticeable with bigger subtitles, but some small subtitles don't always trigger any zones to turn on, which is good as there's less blooming. The algorithm keeps up with fast-moving objects better than other edge-lit monitors, but it's still visible when an object transitions between zones. Overall, the local dimming fails to improve the contrast, and it worsens the picture quality in HDR, especially in dark scenes.
The monitor has an issue where the local dimming feature doesn't turn on when using an AMD graphics card over HDMI. A user reported this, and we confirmed with our RX 6600 XT that local dimming doesn't turn on over HDMI. However, it still works over DisplayPort, or even when using an Xbox Series X|S, so it's unclear if it's an issue with the RX 6600 XT or all AMD graphics cards."

Just buy the same model number 2724….

This 2724dm has 600 nits. This one says 400 nits.

It would be alright for content creation, but nothing color critical.

DP 2.1 unlocks higher bandwidth. Which, allows for higher color bit rate with lower display stream compression. I would suggest some additional reading to get the full understanding.
All that said, I doubt this monitor is high enough quality/refresh rate for DP2.1 to make a significant difference.

HDR is optional. I've never liked it on any monitor I've owned.
