Seriously. I replaced 2/3 meals with pop tarts and now I have 10 pack abs! I look even better than Terry Crews.

In agreement with the previous commenter. After switching to the NervousBreakfast diet I can confirm I am in much better shape. I was able to run a 13 minute mile last week without stopping. In for 6

Now with half the frosting of your youth, but the same amount of vitamins and minerals. Then again its sad that these look healthier than the amazon brand, those are quasi food like eazy cheese.

My BMI is 21.17 and I love the occasional pop tart 🤤 I don't toast mine though so maybe that's the secret 😂

I buy these packs twice a year as emergency food.

However, the ones from amazon always seem to be close to expiring within the next month or so which is why they're so cheap - but they still taste pretty good even though they expired a year ago so :/

68 grams out of a 96 gram serving is sugars--what could go wrong?

But these are the best if they're anything like they were when I last ate one 20-30 years ago. And lightly toasted so that you get some melting inside but enough inside still crystaline too. And I scarfed these down the way I did back then, these would only last about 8 days, lol.

Chocolate sprinkles one was pretty good too. That was my backup in case these were out of stock.

That was kinda why I was thinking they were this cheap--about to be bad. At a 50% discount, they're selling them at their cost.
