It turns more but only 40lb rear facing weight limit. It's a no go for those who want baby to rear face as long as possible.

I have this one and am very happy with it. We got it during the Target trade-in in April, so we've had it a few months now. The Turn2Me doesn't actually go all the way around, so it's not rotating for both front and rear facing like this one is. I can't compare it to other rotating ones because this is the only one I've used, but it's way better than a regular car seat. Our second car now has our old car seat and I hate it when I have to use it.
We went with this one over the Chicco fit360 just because it was a better deal. And Evenflo was ruled out for us due to the investigation. Everything else was either pretty pricey or reviewed poorly.

No experience but have a kid on the way so been researching. This one rotates for both rear and front facing. Turn2me only rotates for rear facing but also converts to highback.

Can you tell me why you ruled out the Evenflo? We currently have it for when we move from the baby seat carrier.

Got the turn2me instead.

I don't feel like you need front rotating by the time they're old and big enough to be facing front. By that time kids should be doing most of the work …and if they're being little turds about it then that's on you.
