Once my cholesterol came back high I had to quit these things. 7g of saturated fat and 1500mg of sodium. I do miss it though, this was a good brand.

Yeah, I ate these recently through the winter because I was too lazy to cook. And my cholesterol was high at a recent check up, but when I mentioned eating these fairly regularly during the winter the doctor said it made sense. 🫣 Suffice to say, it's off my list and eating more vegetables again. But if you're younger you can get away with eating this.
