I've seen a lot of workout gear over the years, but this one impressed me as much as anything. I'm sure it's not perfect, but superficially this is brilliant. KBs have always been far too limiting. After a couple of exercises, I feel like their proponents are just making stuff up.

"This one whips around and smashes your ulna. It's what Russian special forces use to train their ulnar response for combat!"

(The Russia-adjacent branding worked a lot better a few years ago)
