This is a great card! Been using one for the past year at 3440x1440. One thing to consider is the 5060ti 16gb variant. The 5060ti is about 30% less raw power but has 4gb more VRAM. Also the 5000 series has multiple frame gen. Just things to consider before purchasing as the 5060ti is available for a bit less and might be better in some use cases.

180 day warranty is a no go on a 4000 Ventus series card. I had to RMA mine twice before they finally sent me a 4070 ti instead.

4070 seems to win in every scenario even with the MFG!

Sounds like a great deal! How did you get them to RMA it twice? Was the card that bad?

I have a MSI Ventus 2x 4070S for the past year or so no issues. =[

Think the 5070 Super could be $600?

It could, but hopefully the rumoured vram bump will also push 5070 ti's to below MSRP, giving everybody slightly better alternatives at the 16gb+ market

5070 12gb was $550 msrp so I highly doubt the super with 18gb will just be $50 more...but hopefully is.

Games already started going above 12gb like Indiana Jones where at maxed it crash while the 5060ti 16gb still runs albeit at lower fps than what the 5070 would had done if it didn't crash.

I understand that not everyone will play max, some are content with medium but its about future prrofing a bit...medium today can mean low next few year, who knows.

We had 8gb for over a decade so I don't think you will require more than 8gb as a minimum for a while yet so it should be fine if your good on low/med or even high at 1080p since today's game look really good even on low.

I myself was gonna get 5060ti 16gb but the vram leaks is enticing and we'll see if it drives others down even the 4070ti super 16gb which still has 32bit physx which was on my buy list too...

Someone posted the 5070ti 16gb $790...I think it comes down due to 50 super vram leaks...The $240 extra from the 5070 12gb is only worth it for those who wants everything max and not crash due to 12gb...I would wait for 50 super drops.
