And I'll buy that when the 6 releases.

Why would I choose when I can just buy both?

I don't have brand loyalty. I run 5 days and wear 5 different shoes. All purchased at 60-75% off.

The Endo Speed used to be a good daily trainer for me until they switched to a winged plate design with version 3. The new plate curls up under the arch with the intention to reduce overpronation. Unfortunately, the wings are intrusive and can cause arch pain. Versions 4 and 5 retain this foolish winged plate design.

Agree, it was easy to pick up their midline stuff like the Ride for under $50.

When DSW stopped carrying them and put them on clearance I got three pair of Rides for $75.

Just started using my speed 2. It's great when you get your favorite shoe at a low price. I purchased 6 pairs at the time I think for around $60 a pair. Bought a couple with a coupon for around $40.

You wouldn't rather have the Evo SL over a Speed? The Evo SL has better midsole technology, Lightstrike Pro TPEE vs PEBA. Better shock absorption. Higher energy return. Lower heel drop with a higher forefoot stack. More durable outsole (Conti rubber). All at a lower price point.

Adidas will continue to improve the Evo SL while the Endo Speed, like most Saucony models, becomes crappier with each passing iteration.

I got 6 for $25 each a couple of years ago. I'm still going through them. One of them is still in box

Different use cases. Speeds are for your fast PR days. The bostons i use for my longer runs.

I've had a couple pairs of the Boston 12s. To me, they're great speed workout kind of shoes, however, I wouldn't want to do more than 10 miles or so in them. They're certainly on the firm side, even after being broken in.
