Official Lounge Dieters of 2011

I am starting this because I need all of the support I can get and I am sure I am not the only person looking to lose some weight and become healthier. I want to change my lifestyle, weight and I want my "I feel good" back.

Is anyone with me?

My Plan:
I am looking to restart Couch to 5k. I did it for a while and got into my own rhythm with my jogging path. LO loved going out but when the weather turned for the fall/winter I would constantly talk myself out of going. I want to go for a power walk/jog at least 3 days a wk (pending rain). I am also going to use my Wii Fit more and Exercise TV which is free on my AT&T Demand.
I ordered Alli today. I have read all of the reviews and have decided that it would be a good aid for my weight loss. I hope that DH may join me too because he wants to lose weight also.

So to start...I had In & Out for dinner. I think it may be a last meal or a special meal that I will indulge in once in a blue moon.

Do you want to see the mashed potatoes I nearly face planted in they were so good? Sour cream, cream cheese and a shitload of butter. They are sooo flipping good....but not good for you.

Sounds like dairy & veggies to me. Two of the core food groups. Can't go wrong there! Thumbup
