Thanks for posting the new link on page 1. All new format, my sign in worked but I had to fill out the form to join again, and list my preferences. And it kept the 2 codes I had previously put in. Also printed a coupon for $3 off Loreal hair color!

They show that they have now discontinued the all the Healthy Look Hair Colors, the only semi/demi permanent hair color they have.

I use only those since they are much less damaging than the permanent hair color. Anyone know what other products they have that have codes and are not permanent color? I have red hair, so I look for natural red colors. Thanks. I loved the Healthy Look Hair Color, so I am shattered!

i can't log in to my account. It keeps saying my password is wrong so I clicked the link in forgot pw. They said they e-mail has been sent and still haven't received anything. I'm 100% my pw was correct. Anyone know what's wrong?

As soon as I entered the 5th code, the site automatically went to "congratulation, a coupon will be mailed to your home in 6-8 weeks" without me requesting the coupon. So make sure your address is up-to-date.

I'm coloring my hair right now and I went to the website to enter the code on my bottle, but the form wouldn't accept it. My bottle is for Excellence Creme 8RB Reddish Blonde and the code is 20V70M103. The form wouldn't accept the 3 on the end, they need to update it. I submitted a code from a different blonde listed here.

The way they do it is a little strange You have to leave off the 20V at the beginning. So if you enter 70M103 next month, it should work.

As lc0002 said, make sure your address is up to date. They no longer ask for your address after you request a coupon, they just use whatever is in your profile.

The site has also changed a little since I last used it. The layout is a little different, but things work pretty much the same way.
