The weekly Grand Prize Drawing Period begins on the Drawing Commencement Date and ends
the Drawing Ending Date (the "Grand Prize Drawing Period"), with one weekly Grand Prize
Drawing for each week during the Sweepstakes ("Grand Prize Draw"). Entrants are limited to
one (1) entry per hour throughout the duration of the Grand Prize Drawing Period, which
equates to a maximum of 168 entries per Grand Prize Draw per week. The Sweepstake Entry
periods are as follows:
Saturday January 9, 2016 at 11:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends on Saturday January 16,
2016 at 10:58:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Saturday January 16, 2016 11:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends on Saturday, Saturday
January 23, 2016 at 10:58:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Saturday January 23, 2016 11:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends on Saturday, Saturday

At the end of the Grand Prize Drawing Period, there will be an additional Draw to select the Contest Grand Prize winner for $5,000 in Powerball tickets (awarded in tickets from the winner's jurisdiction or in cash, at the option of the winner)
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Sweepstakes Period, you may submit an entry into a Drawing during the
corresponding Drawing Period in the following ways:
a. REGISTRATION: When a player becomes a Registered Entrant by successfully
completing the registration process, which includes providing a valid email or signing in
via Facebook, and then entering in the correct Powercode number for that time
(available at www.powerball.c
This constitutes one entry for the Grand Prize Drawing.
b. INSTANT GAME PLAY: If a registered player, and then entering the Powercode number referenced above, you can then play an Instant Win Game, you enter the Instant Win Drawing and have the chance to win a gift card or additional entries into the weekly
Grand Prize Drawings, as described in the Prizes; Prize Restrictions section of these
Rules. Each Instant Win Game permits you to take five (5) spins on the wheel to attempt
to be a winner. You can play the Instant Win Game one (1) time every hour. You are a
winner if you (i) receive the game play win screen and also receive (ii) a winner email
(allow up to 24 hours for receipt of the winner notification email).
c. ALTERNATIVE ENTRY: Players may also enter a Drawing via an alternative method of
entry without actually playing the Game on a smartphone or the web. Entries received
via these means are treated the same as any other entry; however, winners may receive
their prizes in a different medium in a time reasonable for the medium used to enter. You
may enter a Drawing without playing the Game on a smartphone by mailing the Sponsor
at 10777 Barkley, Overland Park, KS 66211. Please provide your name, a valid physical
mailing address, confirmation that you are 18 years old or older, and confirmation that
you live in a state or territory where the Sweepstakes are offered. If you are a potential
winner, a voucher or other winner notification will be sent to you via U.S. mail to the
address provided. The mailing will explain how and where to redeem the prize and other
details for redemption, including returning the redemption form at the end of these Rules
for Grand Prize winners.
d. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS REQUIRED TO ENTER UNDER
EITHER METHOD OF ENTRY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT AFFECT
YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING IN ANY WAY.
The Sweepstakes is made up of a six (6) weekly Grand Prize Drawings, six (6) weekly Instant Win Drawings and a final Contest Grand Prize (individually a "Drawing," collectively "Drawings") in which the player plays a spinning wheel game (the "Game"). Winners of all Drawings are selected by means of a certified Random Number Generator. Registration for the Sweepstakes creates an "entry" into that week's Grand Prize Drawing. Playing the Instant Win game (after registration) creates an entry into that week's Instant Win Drawing. Winners of the Instant Win Drawings win prizes immediately in the form of electronically delivered gift cards from major retailers, unless provided additional entries per the Instant Win game. All of the foregoing entries are collectively referred to as "entries."
