Promotion begins at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time ("CT") on August 1, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 16, 2016.

Participants may register and start banking "miles" and collecting "passport stamps" (via inputting Combination Codes) beginning at 12:00:00 p.m. CT on July 18, 2016.

Open only to legal residents of any of the fifty (50) U.S. states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

A. CREATE AN ACCOUNT: Between 12:00:00 p.m. CT on July 18, 2016 and 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 16, 2016, visit www.lays.com and follow the online instructions to create a Promotion Account. Once you have successfully created an Account, you will receive one (1) passport stamp for use in the Collect and Win portion of the Promotion.

B. COLLECT MILES AND PASSPORT STAMPS: Collect miles and passport stamps by obtaining and entering Combination Codes from participating products between 12:00:00 p.m. CT on July 18, 2016 and 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 16, 2016. Each Combination Code is assigned "miles" for use in the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion, ranging from 100 to 400 miles, depending on the associated LAY'S® bag. See the Specially-Marked Participating Product listing below for product descriptions, bag sizes and their corresponding mile values. Entry of Combination Codes also earns passport stamps for the Collect and Win portion of the Promotion. Note: The first time you enter a Combination Code on the Web Site, you will receive the assigned number of miles and two (2) passport stamps; subsequent Combination Codes are worth the assigned miles and one (1) passport stamp.

i. Obtain Combination Codes: Obtain a Combination Code in one of the following manners outlined below.

A. During the Promotion Period, purchase any specially-marked bag of LAY'S® brand potato chips and look for the Combination Code, while supplies last. The Combination Code consists of the bellmark code located below the "guaranteed fresh" statement on the front of the bag AND the UPC code on the back of the same bag (altogether a "Combination Code"). See Web Site for an explanation of how to identify both components of a Combination Code. Not all participating products may be available in all areas.

B. TO RECEIVE A COMBINATION CODE (WORTH 400 MILES AND EITHER 1 OR 2 PASSPORT STAMPS, DEPENDING ON WHETHER IT IS YOUR FIRST TIME ENTERING A COMBINATION CODE IN THE PROMOTION), WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE, send a 3" x 5" card with your full name, address, city, state, zip code, age and email address, to be received by October 11, 2016, to: Lay's Passport to Flavor Free Combination Code Request, PO Box 760006, Dept. 880-764, El Paso, TX 88576-0006. COMBINATION CODE WILL BE EMAILED. Limit one (1) free Combination Code per request per stamped-outer envelope.

ii. Enter Combination Code(s) online for miles and passport stamps: Visit the Web Site (www.lays.com) and follow the on-screen instructions to sign in (once you have already created an Account). Enter Combination Code(s) where indicated. Your Account will be immediately credited with the corresponding number of miles (and passport stamp[s]) per Combination Code.

LIMIT: UP TO TEN (10) COMBINATION CODES PER DAY PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS/ACCOUNT MAY BE ENTERED AT THE WEB SITE.

C. COLLECT AND WIN: There are four (4) Collect and Win prize pools (Trip to China; Trip to Brazil; Trip to Greece; and Trip to India [each a "Country"]) and two (2) prizes will be awarded per prize pool for a total of eight (8) Collect and Win Prizes. In order to win a "Trip to China Collect and Win Prize", you must collect all four (4) unique China Passport Stamps. In order to win a "Trip to Brazil Collect and Win Prize", you must collect all four (4) unique Brazil Passport Stamps. In order to win a "Trip to Greece Collect and Win Prize", you must collect all four (4) unique Greece Passport Stamps. In order to win a "Trip to India Collect and Win Prize", you must collect all four (4) unique India Passport Stamps.

For each prize pool, there will be two (2) random, computer generated winning times between 12:00:00 p.m. CT on July 18, 2016 and 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 16, 2016 for the fourth and rare Passport Stamp for each Country. If you are the first participant to enter a Combination Code at or after the randomly generated winning time, and have already collected the other three (3) unique Passport Stamps for that Country, you will receive the winning Passport Stamp and be a potential Collect and Win Prize winner for that Country/prize pool (subject to verification).

D. SWEEPSTAKES - USE OR BANK MILES: Once you have created an Account and entered at least one (1) Combination Code, you may choose to (i) use miles to enter for a chance to win a featured prize ("Enter a Prize Drawing") or (ii) bank the miles and save them to use at a later time during the Promotion Period ("Bank Miles"). Miles collected and/or used for this Promotion are not eligible for any subsequent drawings or promotions outside of this Promotion.

i. Enter a Prize Drawing: Throughout the Promotion Period, Sponsor will feature one (1) or more prizes available for entry. Each prize will only be available for entry during a specific time period as outlined in the "Prize/Drawing Schedule" below. The Start Date indicates the first day you will be able to use your miles to enter for a chance to win the corresponding prize; the End Date indicates the last day you will be able to use your miles to enter for a chance to win that particular prize. If you choose to enter a Prize Drawing, follow the online instructions to designate the required number of miles equal to one (1) entry. You may designate as many miles as you have "banked" into any Prize Drawing(s). For example, if you want to enter the random drawing for a chance to win a Luggage Set, 100 miles will be deducted from your Account per entry. Each mile can only be used one (1) time throughout the Promotion Period. All miles must be redeemed for Sweepstakes entry(ies) by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 16, 2016.

NOTE: You do not receive an entry into any Prize Drawing for entering a Combination Code. You must designate your miles as an entry to receive an entry into any drawing.

ii. Bank Miles: At the Web Site, review the prizes available for entry. If you do not wish to enter for a chance to win a featured prize, miles will remain in your Account until you choose to "Enter a Prize Drawing" as described above. Any entries remaining in an entrant's Account at the end of the Promotion Period will be forfeited without compensation.

Winner will be provided with the name of Sponsor's designated travel agency who will issue the tickets to the prize winner. Tickets must be booked at least 60 days in advance of departure date. Additionally, tickets must be booked by October 31, 2017 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. ARV: Up to $6,000 each Prize (up to $3,000 per ticket).

TWELVE (12) DOMESTIC PLANE TICKET PRIZES: Each winner shall receive two (2) round-trip (coach) tickets to the designated U.S. prize location (corresponding to the winning entry for a particular prize as listed in the Prize/Drawing Schedule). Winner will be provided with the name of Sponsor's designated travel agency who will issue the tickets to the prize winner. Tickets must be booked at least 60 days in advance of departure date. APPLICABLE TO INTERNATIONAL TRIP PRIZES: Winners and their guests must be in possession of a valid 5-year passport and must have a minimum of 90 days' validity for the duration of the prize holiday. All entry visas and/or travel documents are the sole responsibility of the winner including visa costs if applicable.

APPLICABLE TO ALL TRIP PRIZES: Winners must give at least 60 days' notice prior to their requested departure date. Winners will be requested to provide three separate dates of preferred travel to Sponsor's designated travel agency. Blackout dates apply and include peak Christmas, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Travel must be completed by October 31, 2017. If winner cannot travel by October 31, 2017, prize may be forfeited.
