PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE:
A total of one (1)grand prize ("Grand Prize") is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize shall consist of a trip for Grand Prize winner and
up to three(3) travel companions(each a "Travel Companion"and collectively "Travel Companions") to Orlando, FL("Trip"). The Trip includes the following: (i) round trip
("R/T") economy class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and up to three(3) Travel Companions from the major gateway city airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's
residence (as determined by Sponsor) and within the Eligibility Area to Orlando, FL
("Orlando") airport; (ii) non-exclusive ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel in Orlando, FL; (iii) three (3)consecutive nights' accommodations
at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando (single standard room, quadruple occupancy; room and tax only); (iv) 3-Day Park-to-Park tickets for admission to
Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure theme parks;
and (v) One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150) meal credit valid at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort on-property restaurants only (credit applies to food and beverage only(excluding alcohol, gratuities, and applicable taxes) and must be used in full during stay; any unused portion will be forfeited without further or alternative compensation). Credit applies to food and beverage (excluding alcohol), days/hours of operation may vary. $150 credit must be
used in full during stay. Excludes gratuities and applicable taxes Specific elements of the Grand Prize, including airline(s), park tickets and available restaurants
are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or its designee(s)and subject to possible changes. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Eight and 95/100 Dollars ($3,648.95)

A total of one hundred (100) First Prizes (each a "First Prize") are available to be awarded in the Sweepstakes as follows:
Loews Sapphire Falls Resort Oversized Towel and Towel Stakes Prize (twenty-five (25) are available to be awarded):The ARV of each is $15.00.

Loews Sapphire Falls Resort Thermal Bottle Prize (twenty-five (25) are available to be awarded):The ARV of each is $17.00.

Loews Sapphire Falls Resort Insulated Beverage Tumbler Prize(twenty-five (25) are available to be awarded:The ARVof each is $15.00.

Loews Sapphire Falls Resort Utility Bag Prize (twenty-five (25) are available to be awarded):The ARV of each is $3.50.

GENERAL PRIZE TERMS.The total ARV of all prizes available to be won in the Sweepstakes $4,911.45. Odds of winning a prize are determined by the total number of eligible Entries received. There is a limit of one (1) prize per
person/email address/household.
