PRIZES:

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the Winner, which shall consist of the following:

(a) A vacation package for two (2) to the Dominican Republic between November 1, 2016 and October 31, 2017 (the "Trip"), which includes a $1500 credit for round trip air transportation to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,500.00), standard accommodations at Casas del XVI in Santo Domingo (the "Hotel") for four (4) consecutive nights (one standard, double occupancy room) (ARV: $2,000.00);

(b) a) A Living Language one-year online course for two (2) with two (2) etutoring credits for live practice with a native speaker before the trip (ARV: $300.00); and

(c) Winner will receive two (2) Delta SKY360° Suite tickets to the New York Yankees home game scheduled to be played on September 30, 2016 at Yankee Stadium, Bronx, NY (the "Game"). Prior to the Game, Winner and his/her guest will have the opportunity to view the New York Yankees' batting practice, if held, in the Manager's sole and absolute discretion (the "Batting Practice Visit"), during which Winner and his/her guest may not solicit autographs from any player of the New York Yankees or the opposing Club. The Batting Practice Visit will include a Meet-and-Greet with a current or former Dominican New York Yankees player (the "Meet-and-Greet"). The exact nature and duration of such Meet-and-Greet experience shall be determined by Sponsor and New York Yankees at their sole and absolute discretion and subject to availability. Winner and his/her guest must, prior to participation in the Batting Practice Visit, sign a waiver and release on a form to be provided by the New York Yankees. All aspects of the Batting Practice Visit, including the occurrence and exact nature and duration thereof and access to the playing field, shall be subject to all Major League Baseball rules and regulations and the New York Yankees' policies and procedures as they exist at the time of the Batting Practice Visit (ARV: $800.00).
