Requires a purchase of 3 specific products for that week at Albertsons/Vons/Pavilions which gets a printout on the receipt or catalina with a code (see the weekly ad for that week's products), or a postal mail-in AMOE. There is also a small instant win component for purchases made on a Thursday, but that's mostly grocery products, the main component is the quarterly drawings. As far as I can tell there isn't a restriction on the number of times you can play in one day, but I'm not sure, so if someone finds out update us. Lots of prizes given away.
Generally, there is a grand prize trip to the football championship in Houston, TX on February 5, and four separate quarters with many prizes such as:

VIA MAIL: To enter without making a purchase, on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, county of residence, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), daytime and evening telephone numbers and valid email address. Mail in a hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, Game On! Ready, Set, Win! Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 7712, Melville, NY 11775-7712 ("Mailed Entry" or "Entry"). Limit one (1) Mailed Entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced Mailed Entries permitted. Each Mailed Entry earns one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes. Rams home game, where each Finalist will receive a randomly selected car key, and an opportunity to start a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T Ultimate sports utility vehicle ("Hyundai Santa Fe Sport"). If the register makes a series of audible sounds and the display and/or receipt show(s) the phrase, "Instant Winner," including a prize description, you win the Game prize indicated, subject to verification. If you do not wish to make a purchase, ask the cashier to scan a "No Purchase" bar code. To claim a Game prize, present the receipt with the phrase "Congratulations! You are an Instant Winner" to the cashier by 8:30 PM PT that same day you won to receive the Game prize specified (or prize will be forfeited). I got an email saying I won a 65" HK LED TV in this game.
The affidavit was submitted and I should have the TV in 4 to 8 weeks.

Unfortunately my plan is to sell it because I have no place for a TV that is that large.
I am seriously thinking of taking the proceeds and purchasing a TV that is a more acceptable size for the room.
