2) Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who have an active Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter account and are at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry (except Alabama and Nebraska residents must be at least 19 years of age and Mississippi residents must be at least 21 years of age at time of entry). Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, Promotion Administrator, its advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively the "Promotion Entities"), their immediate families (parent, grandparent, child, sibling & spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions and overseas military installations and where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3) How to Enter: This is a social media promotion in which you enter by posting the hashtag #NationalSalmonDay (your "Entry"). Entries will not be judged and winners are determined solely on the basis of random selection. You can enter by one of the following methods:

Via Twitter – Follow Chicken of the Sea and Minute® Rice on Twitter (www.twitter.com/COSMermaid) (https://twitter.com/MinuteRiceUS). Post the hashtag #NationalSalmonDay to receive one (1) Entry. All Entries must be submitted in accordance with Twitter Terms of Service at https://twitter.com/tos.

Via Instagram – Follow Chicken of the Sea Official and Minute® Rice on Instagram (www.instagram/chickenoftheseaofficial), (https://www.instagram.com/minutericeus). Post the hashtag #NationalSalmonDay to receive one (1) entry. All Entries must be submitted in accordance with the Instagram Terms of Use at http://help.instagram.com/478745558852511.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per day for each of the above entry methods. For the purposes of this promotion a "day" is defined as any twenty-four hour period beginning at 12:00:01 AM PT and ending at 11:59:59 PM PT during the Promotion Period. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person. Creation of false accounts on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram is prohibited. Message, data rates or other charges may apply (if you participate via your mobile device); check your mobile plan for rates and details. Participation may not be available on all carriers. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned the account by the online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning the accounts. You may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.

Prizes –

1st Daily Prize: For each Daily Drawing period, one (1) winner will be randomly selected to win an Andie Mitchell cookbook, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $20.
2nd Daily Prize: For each Daily Drawing period, one (1) winner will be randomly selected to win a Chicken of the Sea and Minute® Rice "Salmon & Rice Perfect Pairing swag pack" ("Daily Premium Prize"). The ARV for the 2nd Daily Prize will range from $5 to $40 each. Prizes that are available will be announced daily throughout the Promotion Period on the Sponsor's Facebook, Instagram and Twitter page.
Grand Prize Drawing: One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a 7-day Cruise to Alaska, ("Alaska Cruise"), Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize, $5,440. The Alaska Cruise Prize consists of round-trip coach airfare for two (2) people from the major metropolitan airport closest to the winner's home (as determined by the Sponsor) to Seattle, Washington, seven (7) day cruise for two (2) people on a Princes Cruise line, departing from and returning to Seattle, WA with ports/passages including Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay National Park, Ketchikan and Victoria B.C., standard ocean crew cabin accommodations based on double occupancy, standard meal plan and one (1) $500 travel allowance awarded by check.
