1. SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins on September 30, 2016 at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 7, 2016 at 11:59:59 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Administrator's computer is the Sweepstakes' official clock.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the "steps" of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, an entrant's residential address and e-mail address will be the physical address and e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Entrants will not be allowed to change their physical address or e-mail address.
3. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant may visit octoberfresh.com ("Website") and complete and submit the registration form including but not limited to: his/her complete first and last name (no initials), telephone number, valid street address (no P.O. Boxes will be allowed), city, state, and zip code. Entrant will also be able to select which prize they would like to receive if selected as a potential winner. Upon the successful submission of the registration information, an entrant will receive (1) entry into the applicable Daily Drawing (as defined in Section 4 below).
There are two (2) ways to receive an entry into the Grand Prize Drawing (defined in Section 4 below):
A. Purchase Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant may purchase any American Standard product/item or combination of products/items with a total pre-tax value of at least $79 ("Qualifying Purchase") and follow the instructions on the Website to upload a photograph of his/her original register receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase. It is recommended that entrants first print their complete name on the original register receipt, sign and date the receipt before uploading the receipt. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, .GIF, or .PDF format and may not exceed 8 MB. Receipts must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on November 7, 2016 be valid. Prior to submitting a receipt, it is strongly recommended that entrants maintain the original or photocopy for themselves. Entrants should not give the receipt to any store employee. Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing after uploading a valid receipt. There is a limit of one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing per day regardless of the number of receipts uploaded.
B. Mail-in Free Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, to enter without a purchase, an eligible entrant may hand-write his/her complete first and last name (no initials), valid e-mail address, valid street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, zip code, telephone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½"x5" card ("Mail-In Entry") and mail it with sufficient postage to: American Standard OctoberFresh Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. Entrants who submit a Mail-In Entry will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. All Mail-In Entries must be postmarked no later than November 7, 2016 and received on or before November 16, 2016, in order to be eligible.
Mail-In Entries must be legibly hand-written by entrant. Mechanical reproductions, postage-due, Mail-In Entries mailed in an envelope or sent in excess of the entry limits set forth below will not be accepted. Mail-In Entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and not valid entries.
Regardless of the method used to enter the Sweepstakes, an entrant is limited to receiving one (1) entry into the applicable Daily Drawing per day, and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing per day. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a day is defined as starting at 12:00 AM ET (midnight) and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET, except on September 30, 2016 when a day will start at 12:00 PM ET. An entrant will receive no more than one (1) entry per day during the Sweepstakes Period. If more than the stated number of entries is received from the same person, telephone number and/or e-mail address during a day, the entries may, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, be disqualified.

Prizes:

A. Grand Prize (1): The grand prize winner will receive a package that includes a consultation with a home decorator (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and his/her choice of one (1) of the following themed room makeovers: 1) Bathroom; 2) Relaxing; 3) Kitchen; 4) Entertaining ("Grand Prize"). The maximum approximate retail value of the consultation is $5,000 and the maximum approximate retail value of the room makeover is $10,000. All details of the Grand Prize, including but not limited to the selected room makeover items, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. There will be one (1) Grand Prize. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $15,000.

B. Daily Prizes (39): Each daily prize winner will receive his/her choice of one (1) of the following prizes ("Daily Prize"):
i. One (1) year supply of toilet paper awarded in the form of a $300 gift card. ARV: $300
ii. One (1) year supply of soap awarded in the form of a $300 gift card. ARV: $300
iii. One (1) Slow-close toilet seat. ARV: $100
iv. One (1) American Standard shower-head. Minimum ARV of $88. Maximum ARV of $132.
There will be thirty-nine Daily Prizes during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit of one (1) Daily Prize per person.
C. Total ARV: The total ARV of all prizes is $26,700.
