Lands' End Holiday Sweeps ("Promotion") begins at 9:00:00 AM Central Time ("CDST") on November 10, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CST on December 29, 2016 ("Promotion Period"). The Promotion contains a game of chance ("Sweepstakes"). The computer clock of Administrator is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico) at least 18 years of age (except Alabama and Nebraska 19 and Mississippi 21) at the time of Promotion registration; and Canadian residents (excluding Quebec), that have reached the age of majority in the Province in which they reside by the start of this Promotion. Employees of Lands' End, Inc. ("Sponsor") and Realtime Media LLC ("Administrator") and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any person domiciled with such employees, are not eligible. By participating in the Promotion, you release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and Administrator, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and Promotion agencies and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, from any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of any prize. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, go to www.landsend.com/holidaysweepstakes (the "Web Site") during the Promotion Period or through the Lands' End Facebook tab to gain access to the registration form, if you haven't done so previously. Enter the Promotion by completely entering with your true and correct information on the registration form (required fields include: Full Name, Zip/Postal Code, Email Address, phone, and if you are a resident of the United States or Canada). Upon registering, you will earn one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes Entry") and you will have the opportunity to play the fun and interactive Click & Reveal Instant Win game (the "Game"). To play, a user will be presented with one Lands' End product, highlighted as a featured product, and a Lands' End Holiday Gift Box. A user will then click on the Lands' End Holiday Gift Box and a product will appear. If the product matches the featured product, you will be notified that you are an Instant Winner. You will proceed to the thank you page where you will be encouraged to share the Promotion via social media and follow Lands' End on Instagram. All winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person, per email address, per day throughout the Promotion Period. RETURNING PLAYERS: Returning Players can log in by simply filling in their email address and clicking the "Log in" button. Returning Players will earn one (1) Sweepstakes Entry and one (1) Instant Win gameplay per day throughout the Promotion Period.

ONE2MANY: You will be able to earn additional Sweepstakes Entries through the One2Many program. You will be invited to share the Promotion by posting to various social media accounts. If sharing via social media, your friend/family member must click on your posted link to access the Sweepstakes. Your friend/family MUST be eligible and complete registration for you to earn additional Sweepstakes Entries. Limit of up to twenty (20) additional Sweepstakes Entries per person throughout the Promotion Period.

INSTAGRAM FOLLOW: You will also be able to earn an additional Sweepstakes Entry by following Lands' End on Instagram. The additional Sweepstakes Entry will only be awarded upon first time click on the Instagram Follow Link featured on the Thank You Page after registration is complete. Limit of one (1) additional Sweepstakes Entry per person, per Instagram follow throughout the Promotion Period.
SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: There will be One (1) Grand Prize Winner (selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about January 2, 2017), and a total of one-hundred and twenty (120) Instant Prize Winners. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of eligible Promotion entries received and the date and time when a particular Promotion participant plays the Instant Win Game.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will receive prize notification via email on or about January 2, 2017. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner shall be sent, via email, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release and an IRS W9 Form. All forms must be completed, signed, notarized and returned to Realtime Media within ten (10) days of date of issuance. Instant Win winners will receive an email confirmation immediately after playing. All other Instant Win prizes will be fulfilled electronically within two (2) to three (3) weeks after the delivery of the email confirmation. If such winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining entries for that drawing.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY/GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible or liable for entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules, and all such entries will be disqualified.
