Costco charges $15 per tire for installation I believe Sam's Club usually charges the same price.

No free lunch at Sam's, Costco or Discount Tire. They charge for everything, including valve stems. And Discount Tire pushes their tire warranty "certificates" as well. About the same value as an extended warranty.

Last time I got tires at Sam's club, it was a huge hassle. I ordered a set of tires, they called and said they were ready. I drove out, and they said "oops, looks like we only have 3". So I had to get a set of inferior tires (took a week for them to notify me, and I needed to get an inspection in a few days). When they put the tires on, they put deep gouges/scratches on 3 of my rims, 1-2 per rim, then tried to claim they were like that when I brought the car in. The rims had zero damage before I took the car to them. Despite being a member, I won't get tires from them again.

I don't think sam's club charge for valve stem but they do charge for TPMS.

I had no issues with my local Sam's club.... I had bought two sets from them, they were always cheapest around..
Always wondered if I could get my free rotations if I canceled my membership...
