begins at 12:00 PM Pacific Time on March 14, 2017 and ends at 12:00 PM Pacific
Time on April 3, 2017.

Each participant is eligible to submit up to one (1) Promotion entry per day

open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States of America (excluding New York and Florida) who have a valid social security or tax ID number, and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize. Two (2) First Place Prizes. Three (3) Second Place Prizes. Six (6) Third Place Prizes.
Grand Prize consisting of one Rock Flight® which includes two (2) reserved tickets to winner's choice of one (1)
participating concert as described below; round-trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from the major
airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's home within the U.S. to a major airport nearest the selected concert
departing on the day prior to selected concert and returning on the day following the selected concert; and one (1)
double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights / three (3) days; and a $200.00 pre-paid cash gift card
to use toward ground transportation. Approximate Retail Value of the grand prize is: Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents
($2,400.00),

First Place Prize consisting of two (2) lawn or reserved tickets to winner's choice of one (1) participating concert as
described below ("Concert"); and one (1) Live Nation® Ultimate Access Pass™ – 2017 National Pass (the "Pass").
Winner must select Concert at time of prize acceptance or forfeits the prize. Selection of Concert seat locations is
solely within Live Nation's discretion.
Pass expires December 30, 2017. Approximate Retail Value of each first place prize is: Fifteen Hundred
Dollars and No Cents ($1,500.00).

Third Place Prize consisting of one (1) $100 Live Nation® Concert Cash® Code ("Code"). The Code is redeemable
only on the Live Nation website located at www.livenation.com/concertcash. The Code is a one-time use only
voucher code good toward $100-off final ticket purchase for a Live Nation concert at a participating Live Nation
owned or operated venue in the United States, based on availability under this program; or $100-off select
merchandise sold at the Live Nation online merchandise store. Code cannot be used toward fan clubs, ticket
packages or shipping charges. Approximate Retail Value of each third place prize is:
One Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($100.00).

For all prizes: Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received. There will be only one
prize per winner. Lost or stolen prizes will not be replaced. Prize does not include any other item or expense not
specifically described in these Official Rules, and any such additional expenses are the sole responsibility of
winner. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned. Only listed prizes will be awarded and no other prizing or
substitutions will be made except at the sole discretion of Administrator. Winners agree to accept the prize "as is",
and entrants hereby acknowledge that Promotion Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or
liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize,
including express warranties (if any) provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with the prize.
Any valuation of the prizes stated above is based on available information provided to Administrator and the value
of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely
responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Each winner must provide Administrator with a
valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. A Form 1099 will
be issued to the winner for value of prize $600 or more.
Selection and Verification of Potential Winners: Administrator will randomly select potential winner(s) from
all eligible entries according to the schedule below.
Six (6) potential third place winners will be drawn on or about March 17, 2017.
Three (3) potential second place winners will be drawn on or about March 21, 2017.
Two (2) potential first place winners will be drawn on or about March 28, 2017.
One (1) potential grand prize winner will be drawn on or about April 3, 2017.
