So true. Anyone remember when bing was giving 30% cash back on ebay purchases? That was a great time to buy gold. Unfortunately, I then sold it for quick profit instead of hanging onto it.....

Silver coins are prolly a better option. The price of gold and silver are often very closely tied together, but silver is much more affordable. For $500, you could prolly get 14 1oz coins.
