the 3E should be good enough for you. the 3 has a 9v/12v extra output that can charge a tablet pc (xoom) or some netbooks (asus 900a)

The 9V/12V charging option adds a lot of value to this if you have equipment that charges at that rate. I have an 11,000mAh Incredicharge that cost me more than this and it's doesn't have that...
