To be honest that's kind of just Steam too. Even on my wired PC, and I get 150mbps down, Steam just runs slow. It's a well known thing that Steam does not have fast download speeds.

There is not much bloatware at all on this laptop--I just downloaded HP Support Assistant after the fresh install and it went out and found all the relevant updates and drivers.
