I had this problem too. I was able to sign in easily on their App. After that it worked most of the time signing in on the computer. Maybe worth a try for you.

Wife just tried hers just in case I did use my card in the past. Hers got cancelled as well. Calling in to see what the problem is. Only thing I can think is our credit union is rejecting it.
