I can't even setup the printer because the broken glass is preventing the scanner from moving and the printer throws an error message. Quill says they will be sending another printer.

Got mine yesterday. Opened the package only to find the printer glass is broken. I had to call the quill.com rep this morning and they are working on getting this fixed for me.
