Yeah I've tried the hang-over-wire- sometimes helps, sometimes too annoying. Never heard of the triple-flange, I'll give that a shot!

Don't know about sonicsports, but these are pretty cheapo- all they are is a hollow plastic hook that the wire tucks into. Works for me(so far)

Use triple flange buds and good hooks. You can also wrap the cable over the ear as if it were a hook.
If they are really high quality earbuds but wont stay in buy a molding kit for the best fit ever.

If they don't stay in your ears, there's a 90% chance you need a smaller insert size. Or larger, I suppose, but everyone I've met that complains about that seems to need the smallest kind!
