Yep, have an old 8910 that's been outdoor, but out of sun & rain, for over 5 years. That's 5 years of fog and misty salt air, 2 blocks from the Pacific Ocean. Still working great.

I wanted to run one to the roof or back but these are not weather-proof. They are not even sealed, so one heavy rain + wind, they will be ruined. So i keep them indoors.
