does this mean that if I am running Windows 10 they will not show up in the IP Camera Tool either? I have a foscam bullet camera where I can't get to the admin screen anymore, and I am wondering if...

Yep, have an old 8910 that's been outdoor, but out of sun & rain, for over 5 years. That's 5 years of fog and misty salt air, 2 blocks from the Pacific Ocean. Still working great.

Oh I thought you were trying to turn the indoor foscams into outdoor foscams. I have Zmodo outdoor cams, yes they are all sealed, but all I do is just wrap the RJ45 with seran wrap and tape over it,...

That junction box is for the RJ45 jack and 12V power only, not for the camera. drill holes for wires and apply Silcon calk around wires to seal it. A outdoor camera is weatherproof by itself. If...

I have the Amcrest from a previous deal, is there an app that would let me view both cams from different brands? And is relatively simple to set up?

I like the Tilt/Pan function, that's really neat, especially with those bullet cams and narrow angles. Junction box will not be enough to keep these cameras from getting damaged in bad weather. ...

I would pay $20 for a good weatherproofing, there is still an issue with connectors, though. Do you have a link to +$20 outdoor version? I don't know where you live, but around here, you...

Between the indoor and outdoor, the inside parts are same, the difference is the shell, plastic vs UV proof metal and not-sealed and waterproofed. But the price difference is ~$20. With those...

I wanted to run one to the roof or back but these are not weather-proof. They are not even sealed, so one heavy rain + wind, they will be ruined. So i keep them indoors.

I initially had the same issue, but set a static IP and now have very few issues with 2 cameras continually running.
