They make one with steel whips?? They have one with little blades for thick brush and they have one that let's you run 4 thick fixed length strings (2 doubled over)

I've no idea, they also have a version that gives you 4 thicker fixed length strings and that does fine on chain link.

Just cancelled my order since my trimmer is a solid shaft and won't accept attachments. I believe I purchased the last one so if anyone wants to keep an eye open for this I'm hopeful they will be...

Changing the attachment isn't the problem, that's pretty quick. My problem is that the edger allows you to be more precise, but it also requires you to be more precise. All I care about is that...

I've had one of these edger attachments for 10 years, currently using it on a 31cc Craftsman. I'll get about 2 years on a blade, doing it about 4-5 times a year. Couple of hints are I keep the gear...

I agree 100%! no comparison between line edger and this. BTW I'm also looking to bury low voltage, won't the grass / dirt just fly everywhere?

I can't imagine why anyone would think that edging with their line trimmer is easier than using this attachment. It would take me 4 times as long AND not produce anywhere near as nice result. These...

Do you know the model number of the one you use? I've been thinking of getting a replacement head for years, but there are so many different types. Does yours have blades or steel whips?

What's the most compatible interchangeable power head under $150? I'm in the market for one of these. Tired of my crappy Hitachi trimmer.

Looks like it's sold out on Amazon now, so the price won't go any lower. (Walmart and Amazon kept trying to best each other, win for us)

It takes literally 10 seconds to switch attachments. I personally rather use this attachment for the cleaner finish and 1/2" gap that it leaves between my yard and sidewalk. I like how it keeps the...

I hate edging, especially with these types of edgers, it's better to cut your grass and then just pay one of your neighbor's lawn guys to edge your grass, it's beyond worth it.
