While this promotion ended yesterday, Doctor Strange (the only DMA Marvel digital HD title not included) is now on sale for $15 at iTunes, Amazon Video, VUDU, and Microsoft. Google Play is $2 more.

If you have a newer Samsung phone with Samsung Pay. You should be able to purchase google play credits and apply it to your balance. Did it a recently and had gotten Thor with it.

When I go into the play store on my android phone, I can go to account, payment methods, add a payment method (scroll to the bottom), and it says buy play credit. Not sure why it would be in the add...

Yes, it's similar to Netflix 1080p, or better, if you watch via Vudu or Amazon. Google Play and others might still be limited to 720p.
