Got it in the mail, and plugged it in just now. Working very well so far with occasional 2-second pings that I don't know is because of my ISP or this wifi antenna.

I have one with the identical chipset (but without the antenna) working in my pi but it does require compiling the kernel module so it's not plug and play.

Beware that this is not a very fast AC adapter because it supports only one stream why a typical AC router can do two or more.
