Everything offered is 13" FHD and 15.6" up to 4K.

Not 100% sure but reviews I have looked at all said that HP changed it. Only the 15" systems have the 4K screen. 13" only with FHD.

I also had a loose trackpad (custom ordered from HP, not from Best Buy). The replacement has just a tad of looseness but the ones on display at Best Buy had zero play.
