It does not. The only thing was a black sticker on the side of the box saying "refurbished unit". other than that not a single scratch.

My order came in today. Other than the sticker outside of the box there was nothing showing that's refurbished. All accessories were seal as well as the box including all the stickers and paperwork....

I bought this after my Phantom 3 Advanced self landed in the water (DJI says it was too windy to return to home). Anyhow, I am happy with this one at half the price I paid for the Phantom 3...
