One of my second numbers was dormant and now when trying to reactivate, the page just keeps spinning. There is no way to make that go away.

You can change the call default through Settings. Depending on what device you have you can go to settings>calls> change default.

Are there any settings in the app to reduce battery usage? I assume keeping the connection alive to receive incoming calls is the main reason for the drain. I just want to receive text messages...
