it's 2 my understanding that most phones sold today by a major carrier should have a limited 1 year manufacturer warranty and because of this you should be able 2 send it 2 samsung , motorola LG etc...

The only reason this phone has B12 is because AT&T uses it, too.
T-mobile requires Volte compatibility to make calls using B12, otherwise you'll only get data and can't call 911.
