These are hands down the best scanners made. I have had mine for many years and it very rarely will jamb. as lomg as you flatten it out so it doesn fold over onto itself, it probably will not jamb....

I have, its not great. But I had to scan 120 4x6 photos quick, so in a pinch it can work. Quality isn't what you'd expect from a flat bed.
