I got it tonight actually in NYC. $3.99 Pool and $9.99 UberX . Unlimited flat rides $15 activation instead of the usual $20. I got it but my friend didn't. So YMMV. Just keep checking your app hourly...

cant wait for a NYC deal. The 40% off was great untill the month after a ride that would be originally $1.80 with discount came out to $4.00 with discount the next month.
