POE is capable of 15.4w per channel. You can't max all 4 ports on the P because the max total power is 55w, but it get's pretty close. If POE is enough to power your cams, there's no benefit in POE+....

No. Yours is POE while the other is POE+ so each port can provide more power and the entire switch can deliver 124w total where as yours is around 50w total.
