That's what I had to do. There was absolutely no other way to get in touch with Groupon. They simply did not respond to my emails. The phone # is no longer active, and the chat support is abysmal.

The fine print states they will charge 150 bucks to refuse deliveries. However, you can print the return label and ship it back free of cost. Doesnt make any sense.
