More of a fall jacket, it is warm, but not like a puffy jacket warm. I would say youd be good with a flannel underneath it for 40 degree temps

Is it warm? I live in MI and looking for more of a winter jacket for the cold. I have a north face fall/spring rain jacket already so if that's what it is I would probably pass.
