Some very good advice here. All-clad stainless is the best. Don't spend $ on All-Clad for your nonstick pans or mixing bowls. Skip the sets and buy what you need, which is usually larger pans....

Check other websites - Amazon, Williams-Sonoma, Sur la Table, etc. That particular stockpot is listed at 11.25" x 14.13" x 5.75" on Amazon. Just remember that listed dimensions are measured at the...

Used (or new) cast iron is an inexpensive option for the more price conscious. I use the much cheaper Emeril line supposedly designed by All-Clad, but made in China and the cookware is top notch....

One noob question: Some of the pots don't have dimensions, how can I find out? For example, this one, https://homeandcooksales.com/index.php/8-qt-stockpot-w-lid-stainless-second-quality.html

Just bought about 5 pieces - did an Amazon comparison, and the prices are slashed about 60%. Down from $1300 to $550. I already own some copper core pieces - the clean up can be annoying if it's...

If you don't want the best, don't buy All-Clad. A $5 aluminum pot will cook up that vat of Spam just as well.

There's a company called T-Fal that makes great non-stick cookware for a fraction of the price of All-Clad's. T-Fal was named by America's Test Kitchen as their go-to brand for non-stick cookware....

Yep, the main focus in designing and marketing sets of cookware or knives is one of including the highest number of pieces for the lowest price possible. Companies do this by grouping together...

I notice a great difference between Copper Core and D5. Copper Core conducts heat better than does the D5. This means it heats up much faster but cools down much quicker than D5. On average, you will...

Everything I've purchased from them so far has included every engraving. Supposedly, these are seconds quality pieces. I haven't received one yet that shows any scratches, dents, or defects.

I've bought at least 14 pieces of Copper Core cookware from this site so far this year. None of them lacked the normal engravings.

Depends how much you want to spend...for the average person, you most likely won't notice a difference between say, Copper Core and d5 stainless, and the d5 is a bit easier to maintain (copper will...
