my auto renewal failed (for no good reason) and i had to renew it for $9. I used the same credit card maybe 20 minutes after it failed. I guess they just wanted to charge me the extra $1

free tether is handy today, power out in NW storm. hitting 17Mbps, nearly triple what I was expecting. Must of been some upgrades recently.

On that note, if you manually renew by 1 day ahead, it gets rolled over. But if its auto-renewed, then it zeros out first. I forgot once and it auto renewed, lost all my points :-(
