I've used them with CFL and LED bulbs. No buzzing whatsoever.

If you have or will ever install LED lights on those switches, DO NOT BUY THOSE. They are not built for LED and make the lights buzz badly. Some of the kits include the dimmer, some don't.

I wouldn't wait for that... It's not really phillips market, they're mostly in the light bulb / home user market. I've never even seen any hint that they'd branch out beyond lightbulbs. I inagine...

I do not have any of them right now. But the above list is what I came up with my extensive research. My plan is to install all of the above in the house that I am building (completion date is late...

Exactly! And probably that's the route I'm going. Use any smart hubs and switches to control all Hue bulbs just as dummies, only use hue bridge and Hue app to tweak the color, which isn't ideal but...

So I had the same feelings but had to bite the bullet because it just wasn't efficient to put hue (or other zigbee) bulbs everywhere. Technically you can unpair the hue bulbs from the hue hub and...

Smartthings requires Lutron hub, as well as the first version of the Wink hub. The only hub that doesn't need the lutron hub is the Wink Hub v2.

I might just be reading some of these threads wrong but you don't necessarily need a bridge from Lutron. I have Casetta dimmers and I control them with my Wink hub. I don't have a Casetta bridge/hub....

So i'm a bit confused. It looks like the remote has dimming and everything you'd need on it.. so why do you need to change the wallplate? Can't you just leave the wallswitch always on and use the...

I'm jealous. I can imagine how cool that feels - pun intended. I plan on staying in my house a long time so the resale value means nothing to me. I appreciate the feedback with the energy cost...

I just put up serena blinds with the premium fabrics all through my entire house. It cost me a small fortune, but i immediately started saving money on A/C and I can't describe the level of...

The devices don't act as repeaters, you would need to buy an actual repeater for that (Lutron sells them for most of their residential lines, i'm not sure if Caseta has one though). But unless...

I would love to get Serena blinds but they are way too pricey for me. How do you control schlage sense with just a lutron hub? I don't have an Apple TV, so I use my iPad as the hub. Otherwise, I...

You can also get a maestro companion switch. This allows you to dim the lights at both switches. Use in conjunction with a maestro dimmer switch. I'm not sure if this is what you were asking, but I...

Guess I'm weird.. The dining room lights I have now are not Hue bulbs which won't work with Philips Dimmer Switch. I wish Hue has a hub-controlled dimmer switch lol I have multiple hue bulbs else...
