Has anybody figured out how to make this rebate GC work on Amazon GC or reload? The card seems to get declined both as Debit and Credit.

Same here. It worked for an Amazon GC reload today. Also worked at Ali Express.
Looks like they fixed whatever the problem was.

I used it fine to pay someone via Square. No clue about Amazon or Kroger, but it's a virtual Visa and can only be used online. So Kroger makes sense for denial, no clue why Amazon would.
