Stu5797 stated he was building a budget build - presumably at a cut rate price. "A customer" looking for the cheapest computer should not expect premium components that are not refurbished.

I love that Seagate drives automatically get mass downvotes, but people will trust their data on 2-4 year old drives that were already refurbished for a reason (read: failed).

Yeah, its a used drive with a bazillion hours on it. Nothing 'refurbished' about it.
