As soon as you see it in stock, head down to Best Buy and get a brand new one. They were happy to price match at $250 because it was sold and shipped by Walmart.

yeah, nowhere on the page did it say this was a refurbished watch. I got mine today and it was in a cardboard box with loose packaging. nothing relating to apple packaging. Probably going to return...

Seems like they have the Gen 2, not Series 2. Gen 2 is actually Series 1. Proceed with caution. Almost got me. They’re both $250.
