Thanks for the tip on Tramontina at Walmart. Believe it or not, I've bought a lot of good Made in USA home products from Walmart. I'm going to check out the Tramontina next time I stop over there

The #1 thing you don't want to cook in stainless is eggs. You need a good nonstick for that. Save the stainless for sautéing and searing. Be sure to preheat before you add the oil as well.
