In 10 years of using them, I've never even ONCE had a problem with Adorama. I buy high-end camera gear from them, and they've done good. I'm atheist. But yes, their ownership is partially...

Does the headphone output have a built in amp, or do I need to get a decent headphone amp? This is soo cheap, I will use the extra cash for some HD800's.

I'm familiar with cheap piano's and velocity sensitivity, i've used and shopped for well into the dozen(s) or more piano's and keyboards over the last 15 years. Majority of them are simply not that...

Be warned, I placed an order and it had a mistake in it. I called Adorma, 800-223-2500, and there is a recording that the company is closed until Oct 15 for a holiday. I tried to contact them in...

This is not correct. Many cheap pianos without hammer action keys are velocity-sensitive (the harder you press, the louder/harsher the sound). Digital pianos don't require hammers to measure...

Thanks for the advice. Yes, if my kid likes playing piano(or at least not rejecting it) then I will go with the regular piano. But before that, I am thinking to hire a teacher to home so that the kid...

Nothing beats regular piano, nothing! The more expensive the better, so $600 Roland is better than $300 Korg. Nord Stage Pianos are the best at over $3K. Personally, I love cheap Yamaha DGX230's...

Roland FP30 has weighted keys and more expensive than this Korg B1, should I wait for deals for Roland, which could be better for new learners? more real piano feel? Thanks!

Hammer action is not necessarily weighted. The more weighted keys are the more natural the response, the higher the price, the heavier the keyboard. Hammer action gives you basic correspondence...

I missed this deal last time - glad it's back! I want to learn on a lower-end hammer action keyboard before spending big bucks on a higher end one.
