I received targetted email for this. Check your junk mail folder if you had allowed discover to send you promotional emails. This is very YMMV.

I saw this as well. It won't double since it says $15 statement credit, not cashback.

Checked my discover app and it said if I made 3 purchases with my discover using android pay I would get a $15 statement credit. (may double with first year double cash back. Haven't confirmed)
