Linksys has had some bad firmware, but my wrt3200acm refurb is great now with latest release, had a hard time when I first got it getting all antennae fo play nice at same time ....

EA7500 if you want MU-MIMO. But more likely you won't use that feature because you must have MIMO clients to pair with it and only heavy usage would show its advantage. I would also recommend Archer...

I bought this last time around and I love it. No issues and we have about 15 connected devices. This router gave me the range I needed to overcome dead spot in my garage. I have no regrets on this...

I was considering this router also. Both routers you mention instead use Xstream which allows for better handling of multiple clients.
