The same thing happened to me. They1st offered me to reduce the current APR to 17% or something. And then I called on their number and got 2% extra cash back(3% total) offer up to $7500 in purchases...

Got the 0% apr for a year but no increases in cashback rates. I use the card vary sparingly throughout the year. Probably less than a dozen transactions in 2017.
Still, for Q1 2018 it's gas...

I phoned discovery card and they told me to talk to a apr specialist about my cash back bonust. I told them whatever it takes I just need to get more cache back on my aprs. So lucky I got my 2% on up...

Do you guys know if my iphone x purchases will count? There are holds currently but the transactions haven't gone through yet, probably because they're pending shipment.
